How it works
From thousands of notices to the few that fit you
Public buyers publish a constant stream of notices across several portals. We read them so you don't have to, and bring you only the opportunities your firm could realistically win.
We get to know your firm
The trades you cover, where you work and how far you'll travel, the size of jobs you take on, and your accreditations and insurance. A short conversation is enough.
We read every new notice
Tenders, contract awards, planned procurements and renewals from the official government portals, along with the history of who has won what.
We check each one against your firm
Location, size, trade and how bids are scored, plus the buyer's pass/fail requirements such as accreditations, insurance levels and minimum turnover. Anything that doesn't fit is left out.
You get a short, clear brief
The best opportunities for you, each with the key facts, a plain-English reason it suits your firm, and one next step. If nothing fits, we say so rather than padding it out.
It gets sharper over time
Tell us what's useful and what isn't, and we tune what we look for. The more we know about your firm, the better the match.
What we look at
A tender notice is only the start
Anyone can search a portal. The value is in joining the pieces up for your firm.
- Award history: who has won similar work from each buyer, and for how much where published.
- How each buyer buys: which buyers near you place work like yours by invited quote.
- Renewals: contracts nearing their end, and who holds them now.
- Requirements: accreditations, insurance and turnover, checked against your firm.
Every opportunity links to the official notice, which is always the authority on dates, values and requirements.
Questions
Common questions
We've never bid for public work. Is this for us?
Yes. Many of the best first openings are smaller contracts and quote lists rather than large tenders. We point you to those and tell you what the buyer will ask for.
How is this different from a tender alert service?
Alerts send you every notice that matches a keyword. We check each opportunity against your firm's area, size and accreditations, show you buyers that place work by invited quote, and explain why each opportunity suits you.
Do you write bids?
No. We find the work, check whether it fits and explain what's needed. You decide what to go for and submit your own bid.
Is it only councils?
No. Housing associations, schools, colleges, universities, NHS trusts and other public bodies are all included.
Which parts of the UK do you cover?
England and Wales.
What happens to my firm's information?
We use it only to find opportunities for you. We never sell or share it. Our privacy notice has the details.
