About

A step up into public work

Tender Ladder is a small, independent UK business. It exists to help trade and service firms find public sector work they can win.

Why we exist

Public money is meant to reach good local firms, not just the largest contractors. In practice, the work tends to go to the firms with the time and know-how to find it.

Most small trade and service businesses have neither to spare. Their owners are on site, quoting and running the firm. Searching procurement portals and decoding tender documents is the job that never gets done.

Tender Ladder does that job. It reads the official notices alongside each buyer's award history, how it prefers to buy and which contracts are coming up for renewal, so firms can see the opportunities that suit them and decide quickly what to go for.

Why "ladder"?

Every trade firm owns one. And in public work, each contract you win makes the next one easier: a track record, a reference, a place on a buyer's list. One rung at a time.

Independent

We aren't part of any public body, portal or contractor, and we don't take payment from buyers. We work only for the firms we help.

How we work

Our principles

Only what fits

We'd rather show you nothing than show you work you can't win.

Straight about the facts

Every opportunity links to the official notice, and we flag anything that needs checking.

No jargon

Plain English throughout, with one clear next step.

Your information stays yours

Used only to find you work. Never sold or shared.
